Message	The guy at Nissan USA said that he'd never had anything like that happen to him before. Being hung up on. She yelled at me at the dealership, and the general manager told me over the phone they won't do ANYTHING and that he'd SQUASH me if I went to court or the better business around here. Because he's "politically connected." The problem is that I have the recipts for the last two oil changes and the recipt showing that it was changed because it was broken(that they didn't offer and I had to ask for, after I was yelled at in public by the service manager). However the man at NISSAN USA that was hung up on documented that it happened but I can't retrieve it because I'm not a lawyer and it's a legal document. So I was think MAYBE consumer affairs would be able to retrieve it. I however don't have thousands extra to afford a lawyer. College in 30k a year as it is.
